Course Overview

This course has been developed to give the learner an understanding of the role whistleblowers play in the workplace and how they are protected.

Learning Outcomes

This course provides an understanding of:

• what whistleblowers are and when it occurs
• legal protections for whistleblowers, and
• why organisations need to protect the identity of whistleblowers.

Target Audience

This course is targeted towards all members of the workplace impacted by whistleblowing requirements. This includes all workers, as well as people with managerial positions and policy development responsibilities.
