How to Buy

Please note that we are transitioning to a new eCommerce provider, so orders need to be placed manually (via email).

Find a subject area you're interested in within the Catalogue, then click on a course title to find out more. Read the course description and check out the technical requirements. Copy and paste the URL into an email specifying how many learners for each course. Please email this to info@optimisedlearning.com.

Once paid, we will email you the enrolment key/s. You'll be able to access it from the 'My Courses' page once you've logged into your account. 

  • Browse the course catalogue
  • Copy the URL of the course description page
  • We will process your order, and send you a payment link
  • Once paid you will receive your enrolment keys via email.


Do I get a VAT Invoice?

A VAT invoice will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

Can I buy a single course and share it amongst people in my organisation?

No. When buying a course you need to enter in the quantity box the number of people you're buying the course for. When you buy courses for your business, the website will generate 'enrolment keys'. Each enrolment key can be used by only one person to open one specific course. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Can I allocate access to people outside my organisation?

No. People from other organisations should purchase courses separately.

Can I swap my course?

Under our terms and conditions, you may be able to get a refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed your course materials, you are then able to purchase a different course. Please see our Refund policy.

Course extension policy

When you purchase an course you are granted access to your course on a time limited basis, this is 6 months for most courses. Please ensure you have plenty of time to complete the course before purchasing as we are unable to extend access periods. If you require more time then this you will need to re-purchase the course.
