Course Overview

This module will teach the delegate about banter vs. bullying, the impact of negative behaviour in the workplace and how you can recognise when a situation escalates into something more serious. This includes recognising the different types of banter, the characteristics of banter vs. bullying and what to do if you witness or experience workplace bullying. This will help to develop a more positive environment overall, meaning employees will feel safe, protected and able to speak up with any concerns.
