SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors: RELs, RFLs and RSLs

Overview

This course explores how the SRA Code of Conduct for Solicitors applies to solicitors, RELs, RFLs, and RSLs, and trainees expecting to qualify who are working in an SRA-regulated law firm. Through expert-led videos and guidance, role-specific scenarios and real-world case studies, learners will examine the expectations on them as individuals around honesty, independence, competence, confidentiality, client money, and accountability.
