GDPR - A Year in the Chair

Overview
A 6-module decision-based scenario course following a single in-house counsel / DPO across a year of GDPR exposure: an Article 15 SAR including audio recordings, a 72-hour breach notification, RoPA hygiene, an international transfer dilemma, a consent trap, and a supervisory authority hearing. Approximately 165 minutes total. Course delivered in English; covers the EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Target Audience:
DPOs, in-house counsel, privacy managers, customer service leads, HR teams handling SARs, and security leads at any organisation processing personal data of EU residents
Features and USPs:
SAR fulfilment audio-redaction practice activity (4-segment recorded support call with redact / keep tagging). Inline calibration micro-checks. Decision-tree scenarios with deterministic endings. Coordination with EU Data Protection Authorities (CNIL, BfDI, AEPD, etc). Legally reviewed by qualified EU counsel.
Learning Objectives:
- Fulfil an Article 15 subject access request (including audio recordings) within statutory windows
