Overview
A 6-module decision-based scenario course following a single in-house counsel / DPO across a year of UK Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR exposure: SAR fulfilment, 72 hour breach notification, RoPA hygiene, international transfers, consent traps, and an ICO hearing. Approximately 165 minutes total. Course delivered in English; covers the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Target Audience:
DPOs, in-house counsel, privacy managers, customer service leads, HR teams handling SARs, and security leads at any organisation processing personal data of UK residents.
