EU Pay Transparency Directive

Overview
A 5-module course covering EU Directive 2023/970 (Pay Transparency Directive) obligations: pay-band justification, joint pay assessments, employer reporting, and tribunal evidence. Approximately 135 minutes total. Course delivered in English (EU edition).
Target Audience:
HR directors, compensation managers, in-house counsel, and senior managers at any EU employer affected by pay transparency reporting and disclosure rules (>100 employees by 2027, >150 by 2027, >250 by 2031 transposition tiers).
