Course Overview

This course has been developed to provide the learner with an understanding of the controls that should be applied to underground utilities in the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

This course provides an understanding of:

• what underground utilities are
• ways that you may be exposed to or have accidental contact with underground utilities, and
• controls that should be applied to reduce the risk associated with underground utilities.

Target Audience

This course is aimed at workers who are already competent and is used as a sign off to confirm competence.
