Overview

Your health and safety is important to us.

This course covering Agile Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and ergonomics has 8 modules and should take about 40 minutes to complete.

Once you have completed all 8 modules, you will then need to pass the assessment with a score of 80% or higher to finish the course.

• Knowing how to look after your physical health with the correct equipment set-up;
• Knowing how to maintain healthy working patterns;
• Knowing how to translate healthy practices to portable devices; and
• Additional considerations for your Work From Home set-up

Audience

Corporate Clients who spend the majority of their day working at a desk on a computer, either in the office, working from home, or hybrid working.
