Course Overview

Last year in the UK, anxiety was one of the leading causes of workplace illness.

The good news is that anxiety can be managed. This course helps learners to identify the triggers that cause their anxiety, and tackle the anxiety itself with effective self-talk and lifestyle changes.

  • Be able to identify anxiety
  • Know what a “trigger” is and how to identify yours
  • Know how to challenge anxious thoughts
  • Be equipped with strategies to reduce anxiety
  • Understand how anxiety alters behaviour, and know what behaviours to avoid
