Course Overview

Research shows that mindfulness can make a big difference in the workplace. It can ease stress, reduce anxiety and even make you more productive.

But the main obstacle to mindfulness at work is…well, work!

This course shows you how to take a more mindful approach to your work tasks, so you can avoid getting stressed or anxious while you’re at your busiest.

The course finishes with some knowledge-check questions, to help you reflect on what you’ve learned.
