Course Overview

In this course, you'll learn about the Conduct Rules that apply specifically to senior managers under the FCA's Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). You'll recap the Individual Conduct Rules and explore the four additional Senior Manager Conduct Rules, including what they mean in practice, how they apply to your responsibilities, and the risks of not complying with them.
