Usually in times of change people feel insecure for all sorts of different reasons. This e-learning video course will help you as a manager support, and communicate with, your team during uncertain times; when you don't really know what the future will hold. The two e-learning videos show how NOT to communicate and HOW to have constructive discussions to help people prepare for change.
