Overview

This RoSPA-accredited and CPD-certified level-2 e-learning course is suitable for anybody, but in particular those who often work alone. The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor.

It is specifically designed to give learners a good understanding of the situations where personal safety could be compromised, and tips on how to react.

• Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
• Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007

Course Content

• Personal Safety - Looking at what personal safety is, including precautions for journeys, being out in public, and at work.
• Dealing with Difficult Situations - How to react if someone becomes violent or aggressive, and a look at being assertive, danger code warnings and personal alarm systems.
