Course Overview

Artificial Intelligence (or AI) is hugely impacting the way we work.

AI technology can perform tasks which would normally need human intelligence, such as learning and problem-solving.

In this course we’ll look at four areas in business where AI is already commonly used.

These are: Processing paper documents, Marketing, Recruitment, and Customer Service.
